We ordered bikes + discs for the company 30.11. It was delivered to us on 8.1. The bikes got lost along the way due to the carrier, the company did not solve the situation for almost a month. We ourselves had to find out that the bikes were lost, urge the carrier and the seller still refused to return the money to us. They all solved it with a 10% discount, which did not even cover the cost of the time we had to deal with the situation, renting a replacement vehicle, etc. Very indisputable behavior and our company will definitely never order anything here again.
