I cooperated with Ondřej both on the sale and rental of my apartments. In both cases, I was surprised at how quickly everything went. The apartment was rented within a week and the buyer for my apartment found within a month. We didn't have to nor reduce the price and the apartment was sold very profitably for a friendly commission. Even after the sale, however, his work did not end and when I turned to him after about three months and wanted to find some documentation that I lost, he willingly proved everything to me.
