This is the Roman Catholic Church of St. Francis of Seraphim. Let me just briefly mention who he was, because there are quite a lot of churches dedicated to him. František Serafinský, also Francis of Assisi (Giovanni Battista Bernardone), lived at the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries. He said he lived 44 years. He was a monk, founder of the mendicant order of Franciscans and mystics. He was famous for leading a simple and strictly ascetic life. Countless stories have been written about his life, and almost all of them ... (well, as you say it) nicely colored. It reminds me a little of our John of Nepomuk.
