We were with a friend a while ago and a big disappointment. Two cash registers open, but only one got. With a decent approach, we asked for the taillights for golf VI and we only got an arrogant approach from the staff, not to give us much advice in this. It seemed to bother me that he was at work at all and we wanted advice. It's a shame, because the previous couple in front of us also bought light bulbs and it wasn't a problem. The staff does not have to be upset and arrogant immediately when the customer wants advice and spend money with him.
