I have been here 3 times so far, always happy. Communication and service is good. Prices are a bit higher though.

Good day, Thank you to the technicians of the Seat Autodružstva service in FM. At the end of 2020, I bought a new Seat Leon car in Prague (the warehouse, in FM and in Ostrava, was not exactly what I wanted). Although there was no problem with the sale and everything went smoothly, about 14 days after the sale I discovered a defect - the rear right door did not close. In Frýdek-Místek (place of residence), after finding the defect, they accepted the car and repaired it under warranty, even though the car was not purchased from them. It was a manufacturing defect of the lock cable, which was to be discovered by a pre-sale service in Prague. In addition, the fault did not appear on the diagnostics, so the entire rear door had to be disassembled and the individual cables measured. No intervention is visible on the door or on the inner cladding. Everything is tinkling and no one would know that something was made of the car. Thanks again for the professional service.
