As if grandma was a piece of wood !! Terrible. I understand it's a routine for a lady, but she should keep some piety! Not always picking up the phones and agreeing with the colleague on something completely different !! I would never use your services again!

It would definitely require more professionalism and piety. Great dissatisfaction for me.
