I wanted to buy a property. I have encountered very arrogant behavior. Typical cheap brokerage dealings .... All amazing, all the best, although it was striking that this is not the case at all and the behavior of the broker himself, who did NOT describe the property at all. He could not / did not want to describe the essential things. He did not say anything about the conditions. I still had to ask everything, I didn't find it credible and not professional at all ... When it comes to purchases, in which they save a large part of their finances, they want to hear facts and not fabrications and improving everything around and expectations of the broker, whether I'll jump at it or not.
