Dear Sir, It really wasn't like that, we tried to explain everything to you. We value all customers, I understand your outrage, because the matter was not settled to your full idea, however, you were offered other solutions, which you rejected. For an explanation, I quote: "If the goods were purchased in the so-called" stone "store, the seller has no obligation to return the money if the goods are in order. If the goods were purchased in the e-shop, the customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (according to Act No. 367/2000 Coll.), undamaged and in the original packaging.
