So far I haven't found a better place to improve a person's physical side than this. On the Internet you can find FitFactory Třinec. Each lesson is led by an experienced coach. Their selection of exercises is varied and you will really exercise the whole body. It is a great group of people and after a while you will feel at home. I warmly recommend :)
