It can be seen that the station has had some decades of operation behind it and not much has been invested in it during that time. However, the approach of the employees is relatively friendly and fair. And the prices are better than the competition in Bruntál.

I don't have a good personal experience from the past. The inspector was reluctant and approx. Two hours before closing time, he refused to take me, even though there was no car in the control hall. Otherwise, the facilities are nice and the service at the box office is pleasant.

Today I was there at 7.30 h and the gentleman told me that they would not take me ....., I thought he was joking, but he was not. I just ordered by phone .... everything OK. I do not recommend the disaster ... stk. I was not a problem on Opavská ul. I was done at 10 am. If the master told me at twelve o'clock that they were full, then everything was ok, but at 7.30 in the morning? half an hour after opening time?
