The website states that it is open until 4 pm and the last receipt for the issue is at 3:30 pm. Cannot be ordered. I drove, from our promontory, 35km there and I was at the reception of emissions at 15:20 (because I also have to work) and they rejected me, saying that the last emissions are done at 15:30. I objected that it wasn't 3:30 yet, but they told me they wouldn't make it because they had a car there. So I drove another 35 km back without a purchase. So I don't know how to explain this approach. Are they open until 16:00, 15:30 or as they please? And they also argued that they have an order period of 3 weeks in Opava or Bruntál. Is such behavior possible in "capitalism"? Reject the customer and still claim that it's worse elsewhere? I understand that everyone wants to be home from work as soon as possible, I also work overtime because something is not working for the customers. Yes, I was offered to leave the car there and stop the next day, but how do I get home without the car when I'm not local. Transporting by public transport in Covid time and moreover to our region is really difficult.
