!!!! BEWARE OF THIS REALLY NOT !!!! Petr Finstrle has his e-shop really extremely "on salami", this Bizarre approach more than fascinates me. A week has passed since the creation of the order (CZK 2,700) (I only received an automatic reply stating that the order is being processed), then I decided to call. Mr. Finstrle picked up the phone, introduced myself, and put it down without croaking ... it stopped me ... I called again immediately ... he decided to talk. I asked if they had my order there, with the proviso that I only received an automatic e-mail and nothing more. Disgusted, he asked for the order number, so I told him, he just told me my order and he would send it by the end of the week. After this interview, I decided to look at the reviews and Ejhle at that moment it was immediately clearer to me with whom I have the honor, but I said that only some dissatisfied customer 1 out of 100 wrote it there. I decided to give Mr. Finstrel a chance for another week. on Monday next week I'm calling and convinced me that he will send it either tomorrow or Wednesday and that was the last time he picked up my phone! after another week I ran out of patience and canceled the order. I've never encountered something like this and I order it quite often over the internet. it's really sad ....

Poverty, terror and suffering. I ordered some fichtl shops for almost 4,000. The first week nothing, just a confirmation e-mail from the vending machine about the execution of the order. I wrote where the order is and when it will be delivered. And again, no one writes. I will cancel the order in the morning and I will do well according to the reviews. Krnov obviously leads to bankruptcy. So make sure you don't eat a snake like me.

Absolutely incompetent seller today is a month and no one answered so I called and not the first time I note a fortnight ago I was promised by Mr. Finstrle that they will send it and today he told me that a colleague is doing so I canceled. Definitely not recommend
