I have been 100% satisfied with the service provided by the real estate agency "JanS Realitní kancelář" while purchasing a house in the lower Jeseníky mountains district. The acquisition process has been running smoothly so far, guys from the agency are showing trully professional service, helping with the administration, providing pro-active support with the aim to proceed the process as quickly as possible with full satisfaction of both sides, the sellers and myself, the purchaser. I would reccommend these guys and the company to anyone who is considering to sell or purchase a property.

The object of our interest (house / cottage) was directly under the thumb of Mr. Ing. J. Suchomel. I.e. The review applies directly to him. What to write when a person was satisfied: o). Absolutely no problem in communication, high level of helpfulness. My personal feeling is that he can balance the whole matter - by that I mean that he can bring balance to the whole matter (he is not stubborn on either side). Last but not least, I think that it provides above-standard services (you don't buy much real estate for a lifetime, but what I've heard so much). And those above-standard services are also reflected in the willingness to help after buying a property. Probably no one will be surprised when I write that he orients himself in the whole issue and knows what, when and where it needs to be done (meaning on paper). I can only thank you for your service and highly recommend.
