I'm also adding a warning about the company's IP status. As soon as our RS was signed by the executives, we immediately took time off from work so that we could go and sign it. At that time, we already had a notice of termination of the existing work and the existing apartment, an agreed mortgage. 30 minutes before the signing of the RS, our meeting was canceled and the price of the apartment was increased by CZK 500,000. As we know, the price has increased for people even after the signing of the RS. I really discourage everyone from buying real estate from IP status.

28.1.2020 I made a flat 2 + kk on DII U Vinice, till 4.3. You were not able to agree on signing a reservation contract and after my second urgency suddenly the price of the apartment rose by 200 thousand? ... I feel like in Kocourkov and I consider the conduct of your company very serious ... gentlemen executives Michal Rejman, Michal Vítek and Martin Vyskočil should think about their actions! Investing with such a company is foolish.
