Unfortunately I can not recommend. He promised to come but did not come without notice. Acting arrogant. Edit The agreement you agreed to SMS was that you call 30 minutes in advance and I will be there. I was there in 25 minutes. I kept the deal, you didn't. The only thing you're telling the truth is that you had other customers. You rest the rest.
