Today's visit was a great relief. The professionalism of a dental worker is unbelievable. Today I had the honor to meet Dr. MDDr. She jumped up with her clever nurse. Mr. Doctor very professional and especially with a human approach, he tried to help me as much as possible, even with the reduction of stress and fear. If ever again somewhere for tooth extraction or something else, then only at the dentistry of the Lochotín University Hospital. Thank you very much again.

Today I was on the removal of the bottom eight, the approach of the staff was very nice, the doctor was nice and attentive, but his "assistant" was terrible. I understand that he has to learn it somewhere, but I would also survive the constant warning from the doctor that he is doing something not quite right, but that the "very" clever "assistant held a hook for me to have a better open mouth in such a way that he sniffed my skin, even though I've said several times that it was rubbing me, so I really don't get it, just “willingness itself.” If this is to go into practice once, let's pray.

When I called to ask if they were recruiting new patients, I was told in a nasty voice that they were not recruiting people from the street. For no reason at all, I had a decent time with the lady.

This afternoon, my great-grandmother and I were at the dental surgery department because of a badly torn tooth. First we tried an emergency room in our city, where they willingly sent us to another dentist. We were sent to the University Hospital Pilsen. Half done, we found an amazing 7th floor, where we were very pleasantly surprised by the pleasant and helpful staff. The alternating doctors gave us information about what they would actually do with the great-grandmother. We have not encountered such an approach for a long time, so we would like to thank these good people who helped us with great concern. Thanks!

I have already been treated twice for dental surgery. Doctors and medics have golden hands. The professional and human approach is up to standard, the nurses are willing and pleasant. I went there with fear and left the surgery with a smile. Thank you very much everyone. Tumova Jana, Klatovy
