Terror. We bought the winter boots for about CZK 1000. Within a few days of wear, the sole of both shoes in the place where it is most stressed burst. The water came from the snow. I took the washed and dried boots to the store for a refund. First of all I was told that the shoes are not clean enough (!!!). Then I was told that the shoes would go for the assessment, which takes 30 days. I have been advised that, while we are without shoes, we should use some substitutes that we should have in case we can not wear the shoes we buy. Even though it was obvious at first glance that it is a low-quality outsole material, instead of returning money or offering other goods, my daughter is now free of shoes and no money.
