Crowds of pilgrims headed for this chapel. Why? It is a mystery of the Virgin Mary of Klatovy. The story, however, began in northern Italy, in the town of Re in 1494. It was a deliberate damage to the fresco of the Virgin Mary. The story then continued in Bohemia. In 1650 the chimney sweep Bartoloměj Rizzolti, who came from Re, settled in Klatovy. And he also witnessed the same mystery. And I skip to the present. Many have witnessed a miracle. I hope that this very short description will lead you to read the documents on which the Internet is more than enough.
