The order of goods was first confirmed to be canceled on Friday at 18:00 without giving a reason. The annoying person who picked up the phone told me what I was bothering him with and put the phone halfway through my sentence. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Such behavior does not belong to customers in the 21st century. The goods, although advertised as skaldem (Holzmann milling machine) were obviously not in stock at all.

Great dissatisfaction, I complained about the goods and did not respond even after 30 days, I had to urge and not once. Eventually they said that the goods were irreparable and sending new ones, but nothing came in the promised time, it was necessary to urge again, and now I am waiting for the goods to arrive. If so, it took months and a half to settle the complaint, and if I didn't chase them several times, I wouldn't get anything.

Absolutely incapable of eshop. Complaints and after urgency on our part after the end of 30 days decided to return the money. The money was expected for another 3 weeks. Then, incomprehensibly, they sent the claimed product with a letter, so that the money we would return from the claim was not accepted. They didn't respond to emails all the time, not to phones either. I do not recommend to anyone. I will never order here again.

Goods declared in stock, not in stock. We'll be sending on Monday, definitely sir .... On Wednesday, we may be in stock today. After 14 days from order !!! Never again, terrible !!!!!

Goods delivered without an invoice, which cannot be broken out later, because they do not respond to emails :(
