I would like to take this opportunity to thank the head of Pardubice for her professional and human approach. I already have the 2nd glasses from her and I am very satisfied again. She not only advised me on choosing suitable frames for me, but also recommended me sunglasses for my granddaughter. The quality of the goods is ok, but the quality of service lags great. It depends on who you come across but I've been there many times and at least in half of the cases I felt a nuisance. Especially the leader is just unfriendly and let's put it this way ... "very assertive". I do not recommend. : /
