He did the first order well (in 2006 for CZK 20,000), but when I needed to replace the bag in the domestic waterworks, he took CZK 600 for confirming to me a defect that we found out ourselves, promising us that the bag he gets and installs and didn't call back. We urged him a few times, he was still making excuses. I don't think he just wanted to know that it was probably too small a job for him, but he could at least say it plainly. After half a year, we stopped enjoying it and we got another plumber who did everything perfectly within 5 working days. That's why I only give one star, unfortunately.
