Unfortunately until now I had really bad experience with customer service of this company. The agent which have proceeded with my case is badly unprofessional (Veronika Hulova) I have received a display for Hp9470m, which in description should work (as it says also it is HD). After receiving it I tested this and saw that the picture was blurry( it is definitely not from my laptop as I have another screen which works fine). On the phone technician made up many different stuff, which I don’t want to include as they were also not really professional, given a thought that there might be language barrier. At the end he have recommended another one, which I again ordered and payed one more time.Now I am waiting for it as it was not available straight forward. So I filed return of the first display. Agent confirmed me that pick up was ordered and it should come within 7 days. I asked for specification on which date courier will arrive to pick up the package, never received answer on that. So once courier came when I wasn’t available. He should have come next day but haven’t arrived. I asked Vymena Displeje to send me information about day of the pick up, approximate time, parcel number of the order so I could trace myself this information with the courier. This was never provided instead it was talled that hey contacted courier via email. 2 weeks passed still nothing... In the mean time they write that I can send it myself( which Is really strange to write that there is ordered pick up and I can send it also my self) Information was never provided exact I wanted for almost more that 2 weeks. I asked last Thursday to give a call to the Kurier. And should have received information about the pick up logically However I receive following “The. courier informed us that he did not find you at home. Pickup is re-ordered” No specification at all. In the end i gave them a call and agent Veronika Hulová after me asking here if she could explain this message said to me one moment, than put me on some line and afterwards just cancelled the call without saying anything specific. This was the worst CS I could ever ever encounter. Will see how this continues... outrageous ...

On the site they sell original LG display for the price of an original LG display. I ordered one. They sent me a ,,no name" display. They say it was AUO brand, but there is no sign of it on the product either. Not recommended shop.

Fast delivery of spare parts (laptop keyboard), carefully packed. The branded HP service promised me a repair within about 5 days, here I had the part available until the next day, including transport to Prague for some small items. Great job folks and THANKS!
