We have more than 10 windows in the whole family house from TP Euro okna Velké Karlovice. After a few years we want to do a post-warranty service. Change seals, adjust, lubricate. We also wanted to install blinds. This company refused to do this after-sales service, that they don't have people and that they don't do it, and they don't even have people and time for warranty service, barely prosecuting production, that we have to find another company what it does to us. (Hold it is not such a big deal for them) Tim I recommend to others to find another company that will manufacture and install windows. Mr. Krenek only promised almost a year and no deed. If there is a problem with the windows after assembly, you probably won't get much help from them. I would definitely not want the windows from them anymore and no additional service. Not recommended.
