Mr. doctor and nurse very nice and helpful. Working with a child very sensitive and professional at the same time. We didn't have to wait at all. A lift for prams is available from the ground floor next to the pharmacy.

The doctor is an expert in his field. That calling my baby a kid definitely doesn't offend me (as someone mentioned here). The nurse is absolutely amazing. The surgery is on the 3rd floor, in the left wing of the building. The waiting room is spacious with 2 changing tables. I recommend taking 2 disposable diapers with you instead of one.

Mr. Doctor is a great expert, I appreciated that he describes me every step of the examination he is currently doing on his daughter. Nurse nice, sympathetic.

I was at the doctor once and he's a very nice guy. Today I needed his help again, but I called to the nurse. Her attitude, the tone of voice, and the content of the sharing of the council to which no one asked her had quite disappointed me. Maybe the doctor should explain her role, which should be proportional to the level of her education.
