In this jewelry store we bought a silver ring with lots of stones as a gift. After about a month of wearing 3 stones fell out of it. The claim was acknowledged and we got a new ring. After a week of wearing 2-3 stones left again. They dealt with the complaint about 3 weeks, sent an SMS that I should collect the complaint as solved - when I arrived several times. There was no headmaster who sent the SMS and no one else understood her execution - the ring is no longer sold, no one else can give me the instead, and if I want the money back, I have to stop there next week when there is someone who understands it ( because of their own documents, the saleswoman was unable to read how much the ring was. Unfortunately, product quality and service are not worth recommending.

I didn't see Vic reluctant saleswoman. Even if I choose something, I wouldn't really buy it here.
