I fully recommend this agency. I have been working with them for the last 6 years and fully rely on their services. Mr. Kuzilek is very responsive, reliable and has an excellent knowledge of the real estate business. I really appreciate how he handled a difficult situation when a tenant half destroyed my apartment (furniture had to be replaced) and left a huge water bill debt. Despite the lengthy and unpleasant negotiations with the difficult tenant the debt was paid. Thank you Mr. Kuzilek!

Me and my wife were new to the Czech Republic and Prague and rented a flat through the Portfolium agency. Being foreigners and knowing nothing about Czech we trusted our agency to be honest and good to us. Jan Kuzilek the main agent is disrespectful to foreigners. He did not register the name of the owner good in the system which gave us a lot of problems at the ministry. Besides that after numerous complaints from us about cleaning of the building there was also no reaction. When the contract finished he checked the inventory and wanted to make us pay for things that were not there. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS when you do not want to be on the nail of the fraud.

Jan Kuzilek is not to be trusted. He will try to fraud you anyway possible. For your own safety, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. (Next time you will try to make a fake review, mr.Kuzilek, at least change your name in fake account.)

Exceptional approach and friendliness perhaps in everything. Mr. Kužílek has always made an extra step than he had to. Clear and open communication. I have to press a tear that PORTFOLIUM will no longer manage our house.
