I regret not being able to write a positive review as the first reviewer, but unfortunately this pharmacy disappointed me - it does not concern the equipment and I stress in advance that this assessment does not apply to all employees. Some are willing. Rather, it is a professional failure of one 'apothecary' (probably of Ukrainian origin), which has made a completely outrageous misconduct when she gave me the wrong antibiotics from the e-prescription for her daughter and her apology so-called half-mouth when exchanged for the correct attack even more astonished. In her place, I would feel guilty and not that we would just 'pass' ... At first she did not even believe that she could be mistaken and was really uncomfortable. I understand that we are just people, but the more you're in a place I have to be careful. I can't imagine the consequences of her failure, and I'm glad I noticed at the last minute of her inexcusable mistake. For example, elderly people who see a person who trusts in a pharmacist ... but I don't want to think. So unfortunately thumb down!

Unfortunately, very expensive compared to konkurenci.A very uncomfortable Mrs. Magistrate on dispensing without prescription. I do not want to generalize, there are also very nice and helpful colleagues, but we do not visit this pharmacy anymore.

Quite expensive compared to max I prefer to go to Lipanská.

I very much appreciate the approach and especially the willingness of the staff, they always give me good advice and instead of "we do not" like at the health center I will tell me when I can pick up the medicine 👌

Super pharmacy where the staff is nice and helpful. I always got everything I needed and can help when needed. The best of Žižkov pharmacies for me :-)!
