I would like to share a few experiences that may (and should be) a matter of course, but may be exceptional today. We decided a year ago to build a family house. As people completely outside the field of construction and real estate, we were looking for who could help us with the selection of land, the type of family house and communication with the developer and the authorities. And we had a "happy hand". We found a person who always fulfilled all our expectations and wishes (often non-standard) reliably and professionally. That is why I really want to recommend Mr. Martin Hofmann and his real estate agency with a calm heart. From the first meeting, he helped us in finding a suitable building plot (with complete service and information on all offered variants), represented us in business negotiations with the seller (including commenting on the draft contract, etc.), coordinated communication with the developer documents of above-standard modifications of the house and land), basically completely independently with his team prepared documents for the submission of the necessary documents to the authorities and personally participated in the necessary meetings directly at the site. All this always selflessly and completely according to our time possibilities (which is also not easy and today completely obvious). Last but not least, we very much appreciate his correct and decent performance, which together with the above was and still is a guarantee of his above-standard qualities and reliability. I would like to thank Mr. Hofmann and Mrs. Kvasničková for their great professional work in selling a 2 + 1 apartment in Prague-Jarov. Although I live in Náchod, everything went smoothly even at this time of the covid. They took care of inspections, evacuation of the apartment, contracts, energy transfers, etc. Last but not least, they appreciated and sold the apartment at a price to our satisfaction.
