After a long time experience in Bata and the big bad. Shoes for 2399 CZK worn for half a year, sunken heel, detached sole. Complaint not recognized, because according to them I did not bring shoes as soon as defects appeared. The truth is, I complained about the shoes as soon as I bought the other shoes because it was impossible to walk in those shoes. Just sorry, but when you make poor shoes, you should at least have the balls to accept the complaint and not make up gibberish. Devil take the money, but I really hate it when someone fucks me, and that's exactly what Bata does.

My favorite Baťa shop in the center of Prague. the shop is a little harder to access because Palladium is one big maze when you learn where the store lies so it's not a problem. but most of the time they buy almost all of the shoes through the Baťa eShop because they have a larger assortment than there is in stores. I just pick up the shoes in the store so far, I have not yet made it to size. Just look at the size of Bati's shoes you're about to order. Any replacement can be secured directly at any store for free.
