I had a bad experience in that mall. My wallet was pickpocketed in Celio store on July 19, 2018. I reported it to the police but of no help. Earlier of my city tour, I was impressed by the city. Later, it was tragic to me. Very disappointing and sadly it reflected to the kind of people Czechs are.

I draw attention to the behavior of the staff, a detailed question about the return will tell you that you can easily return the goods within 30 days but never warn that they will not return the money, just in exchange for other things, they will say that when you bought - you probably liked it and there is no reason return it. The staff lacks the basics of decency and any curse attitude, they don't apologize for their mistakes, a particularly remarkable individual is a worker around 55 with black hair, intense red lipstick and nails - she starts to "go" after you as if you were just about money that you are indecent and you want to argue and supposedly he will not communicate with you. I definitely do not recommend this branch, mainly because they can't even express themselves politely and they don't care if regular customers go to them. They cannot apologize, nor do they want to bear it as a misunderstanding on the part of the business.

Sellers are deceiving buyers !!! When making a purchase, they assure you that you can return the goods back to the store, if you have a receipt. In reality, they refuse to issue a refund.
