5 nights were booked, the actual stay was! 5 hours ! - Reception and briefing in the accommodation on arrival was bumpy, neither in German nor in English. Was basically okay. The overall picture was initially ok, we are not meticulous, but gradually some points accumulated. Point 1: The sauna is more or less like a toaster, has nothing to do with the usual sauna. Point 2: the whirlpool is so heavily chemical that the mere sight of it caused eye irritation, apart from the strongly foaming water. Use at your own risk! Point 3: Stains on upholstered furniture were provisionally covered with upholstery and the like. hidden. Point 4: there are no windows, there is a sauna and a whirlpool in this room, oxygen supply is only possible when the door is open! If you ask about the accommodation, you will be informed that you do not have to stay here. The bed is not a bed for sleeping, only for relaxing. We decided to use the large existing sofa as a sofa bed. After a short stay on the couch, we felt bites and extreme itching on the skin. Conclusion: this accommodation was infected with bed bugs. Contact the property - impossible. No help was in sight, answers like, I quote: "Sorry, but is summer, and insects are normal at this time. I really don't know how I can help you." . Since it was out of the question for us to stay a single night and we had informed the owner of this, it was only briefly that they would contact us the next day with regard to the amount paid. Nothing of the sort happened! Several times it was urged through booking and after 2 weeks only the response came that the accommodation is NOT offering any compensation in this case. Well, money gone, only vacation this year gone. We are very upset and do not recommend this place to anyone!
