Bathroom was clear, but shower Doors were damaged. Towels were nice and soft and bed was comfortable. Wifi was really Fast. Very nice price!

I really never seen this kind of pathetic customer service. We reached hotel in morning 8:30 AM and in reception Ivata was the lady. She was completely rude. We wished her good morning didn't even reply back. We asked for our room she said all rooms fully booked and you can keep your luggage here and come after 2' o clock. I said already booked this and shared my flight details as well but she was not even listening. I even said we had a long flight and can't go out now but everything in vain. Forget about every thing but is this the way to treat your customers and giving first impression. During giving the room she asked you need double bed room i said we booked the same. But she gave us room in which they joined two single beds. We complaint it but nothing happen. Really don't have option to give negative stars otherwise i will defiantly give that. Can't recommend this.

The location is really nice, in the heart of Karlín, Prague. However the facilities and the breakfast could be improved a lot.

We stayed a night in October so prices everywhere were good but Abeda hotel has an in-room jacuzzi and a sauna. unfortunately, it turned out that the jacuzzi was unusable because it was very dirty and smells bad😕 The rest was ok; the sauna works, the room is clean, the bed is large and comfortable, the food is tasty, and the staff is helpful and polite.
