There are a lot of comments about the service, which is in fact hit or miss. I came by to rent skis for a year. They had my favorite pair (which are now 2 years old), and assured me they are available and I do not have to make a reservation, however boots were a problem so I said I'd come back. On the 2nd visit (coming all the way from across town), I was informed that these skis are in fact not available for yearly rental - so a completely wasted trip. The service the 2nd time was lax and they were more concerned with serving friends than a new customer. In the end I found the skis I wanted in a bazar, so I won't be making a trip back.
