Almost all the time homeless people roll on the street corner, there are convenience stores everywhere, etc.

Absolutely unfortunate place. Two people avoid each other hotly and hardly, there is little room for people. If two trams come in succession, there is chaos and overpressure. There is also a lack of electronic information boards with current tram departures, including delays and reasons for closures that this exposed place really deserves.
