In my opinion, the chef cooks well here. It is usually possible to know right from the menu if he has a holiday. Then more classic dishes are cooked. I come here often and almost never the quality and taste of the food disappointed me. They often use their own ingredients and do not cook from semi-finished products.

Today in the menu Baked French potatoes (smoked meat and egg, salad) and when you take them, you will find that there is baked sour cucumber, food is not edible and ends in the basket as you have several.

Since the opening of the bistro and the departure of the original chef, I have been going to try once a year if they have learned to cook. Did not teach. Unfortunately, it's worse and worse. Worse than the school canteen. Pork slice, spinach and home-made potato dumplings worth 109 CZK tested today. In response to the same meal at the next table, I wasn't alone who was dissatisfied.
