I came to the jewelry store with a request to replace the watch battery. One watch went smoothly and the other watch was told that the Lady did not know how to wait with a colleague. When picking up the second watch, a colleague informed me that the watch did not work. They say these are already when they open "Digital" mostly broken. I paused over this announcement, thanked for the effort, and went to a competing watchmaking, where the flashlight was easily replaced and the watch went as before.

Hodinky a šperky kupuji jen zde a pozitivní zkušenost mají i mé kamarádky. Poslední nákup bylo objednaní pánských hodinek, které nebyly skladem na prodejně, hodinky byly včetně rytiny do týdny k vyzvednutí.

I soldered two torn chains. One soldered nicely. The other was soldered only on one side, on the other there was a crack - there was no filling from soldering. I found out at home. I had a trip to Znojmo again in a week, so I went to ask if it could be fixed. The chain was checked by the staff and I was told to leave the chain there with my colleague looking at it. I left and in a few hours they sent me an SMS: "Hello, I looked at the chain and it's not a problem, you don't have to worry, the connection holds up well. Goldsmith and watchmaker Reich." But I did not address the strength of the joint, but the appearance (there was a clear crack!). We wear the chain for decoration. But I didn't want to deal with it anymore, because I'm not from Znojmo and I don't even have time for it. Upon receipt, the staff told me that they were still testing the strength with pliers. I didn't take it into account in a hurry and found out at home that the repaired eye was scratched and deformed by the pliers. And you can find out by touch where the chain was repaired. So they didn't fix the chain again and the condition is even worse. I can't recommend it for me. If everything was fine, I would not even mention it, but the approximate price for 2 chains was 200 CZK (also according to their price list 100 CZK for soldering, including cleaning of the silver chain). The final price, however, is CZK 300. If the chain was really checked, there would be no crack left after soldering (see SMS, according to which you admit that there is a crack on the chain, but it is said that the joint holds well and you do not think it is a defect) and scratches from pliers (probably how a colleague tested the strength you probably don't take it into account at all ...
