Serious real estate company. I particularly emphasize the professionalism and friendly approach of the broker Eliška Křečková. From signing the reservation agreement to handing over the house everything went smoothly and in the shortest possible time. I was automatically informed about every single step and I consider the cooperation as exemplary. In addition, Česká spořitelna's real estate company was able to negotiate a mortgage loan with Česká spořitelna with above-standard terms and conditions (which was also surprised by my personal financial advisor). Simply and simply, "all honor".
