We were very satisfied with RK Premia reality, we evaluate the professional approach of all employees, their speed in the whole process, comprehensive services - they were always willing to advise, explain everything we did not understand. It was our first experience with the real estate agency - the first purchase of an apartment for a mortgage and thanks to the great approach of the real estate agency, we were really calm. Mr. Milan Eller helped us a lot with choosing our new home. He was very willing to respond to our advertisements, which we sent him by e-mail and gave us his expert opinion on them. We chose one apartment, which Mr. Eller came to see in person and evaluated. His opinion helped us a lot. We went to our new home with the proviso that we paint ourselves as much as possible and move in. Unfortunately, over time we have come to the conclusion that the apartment will need essentially a complete reconstruction, including new electricity distribution. We froze that we did not receive information about the state of electricity from the local real estate agent or from the original owner. Unfortunately, Mr. Eller also did not ask about electricity. I think that if we knew about it in advance, we would consider buying an apartment. Otherwise, we appreciate Mr Eller's very professional and humane approach. Thank you.

Very professional and yet human, calm approach. They fully listened to the needs of us as a client. They didn't push us where we didn't want to. In the end, the sale of the property took place for the first price, with a feeling for us and for the buyer. Many thanks and thanks to broker Milan Eller for helping to sell a larger plot in the Znojmo district. His approach to everything from the beginning was responsible, flexible, patient, very professional and especially FAIR !! Despite the fact that there were those - potential candidates - who were interested in making money on their property for themselves and buying it for a "spout" to earn it afterwards, and if they did not get the opportunity, throwing sticks under their feet, this broker managed to sell us the land at an agreed fair price for both the owner and the buyer, which we greatly appreciate! If you are worried about how to sell or buy and not hurt, be sure that everything will be fair, I CAN RECOMMEND YOU - contact Mr. Eller of Premia Reality in Znojmo. We are from another region and a big city and we are very glad that we found and selected him from this smaller real estate in Znojmo. I will be 60 and I write responsibly, it does not matter the size of the realtor, where he is, but the characteristics and abilities of the person you work with.
