I spent 6 days with this company on a school excursion in Scandinavia. About 60 students, 2 teachers as an escort and guide Pros: - I appreciate that the guide really had the expected knowledge, she also read us a few excerpts related to the topic - regular breaks (but not always easily estimated in time, sometimes too short a time) - furnished good accommodation - prepaid food is also good - pleasant program, but many crossings (expected) Cons: - the approach of a guide and drivers could be criticized: they treated students as inferior customers - the speech was informal, sometimes vulgar, rude - I think we deserve a fairer approach, the fact that we are young students does not mean that we deserve less professionalism and decency - the guide disagreed with the instructions with the teachers, so we didn't know who to "listen to" I appreciate the effort and readiness of the guide and thank the drivers for the smooth journey.

Drivers arrogant, arrogant behavior. Driver A. B. At the beginning of the tour breaks after an hour for 45 minutes, completely unnecessary. Then, after a four-and-a-half-hour journey on an oxygen-free bus, only a 15-minute break for 60 people and one toilet.
