I would like to share my negative experience with Pneuplus in Kyjov. One disc fell to the mechanic when the disc was swapped, and we were both present in Garaz. The mechanic did not say anything would damage, so I didn't pay attention. I paid about 1000kc and, as a result, I discovered a scuffed disk. The debris was caused by the fall of the disc on the ground during handling, so I can complain back to the service department that I either want to repair the disc or return the money for replacement. The mechanic and the technician confirmed that the wheel had fallen during handling, but they claimed that this damage was not caused by the crash we agreed on. I checked the wheels before replacement and there was no damage. It was clear that the wheel had been damaged during replacement. I don't say it can't happen, but if something like this happens, I want to return the money or repair the damaged bike. Neither happened, so I appeal to all drivers, ridiculously to avoid this service in the future. D.L.

When repairing a car, the repair has climbed up to 100 000. Total unwillingness to solve this. Basic ignorance of working procedures and total non-professionalism. As for mechanical work, I would avoid them. The tires are probably good, but even my thirteen-year-old daughter can change the wheel.
