Accommodation from November 2019 We have to praise the cleanliness and very nice furnishings of the rooms, we were also surprised by the well-equipped kitchen. This ends all the positives. 1 / Although booked and paid immediately (even though it was free), all this more than a month in advance, we only found out on the spot that we have a completely different apartment than originally agreed. Instead of a room with at least a "slightly decent" bed, at prices that are not the cheapest, we were welcomed by an apartment with an old sofa bed. 2 / Throughout the stay, it was really cold in all rooms, the floor was directly icy, unfortunately, even during the evening, our rooms did not heat up. In addition, the heating turned off automatically at night, the rest of the night and the whole morning was very, very cold. 3 / The water in the sink and in the bathroom was still cold, even after a minute or two we didn't get hot water. In the morning, everything was fine during the shower. But the bathroom was also clogged with waste, the water just did not drain, showering was limited so that the bathroom did not heat up. This model has proved its worth - approx. 30sec shower and then wait 5min until the water drops. 4 / Television, it does not inspire or offend, it is possible to mention that there was no picture on some programs and the remote control did not work. 5 / Wi-fi, internet, don't count on it at all, during the whole stay we didn't come across its existence. Our past experience from the second apartment was exactly the same. We would very much like to praise, but we were rather disappointed, we were most sorry for the cold and the uncomfortable bed :( ( Tonda and Martina

My worst experience in a restaurant ... after about 30 to 40 minutes, and assurances that the order is going. ..but then when the people who came with us .. and they were already leaving ... so after my returning and heavy inquiry ... they said ... we have chaos in orders ... so adi in an hour ... odrsli we have no food ... and already OKD Foundation vice see me here ... confused ... uncommunicative personal ...
