Hello, I have a very negative experience with this store. I was looking for spare parts for the string head. These were parts for the Hecht Blue Bird Ho 35 brushcutter, which was purchased 12 years ago in a Hecht store. After about twenty phone calls, when I was referred from one store to another, I was informed that the necessary parts were not and will not be. Unfortunately, I was not even provided with a spare string head. So I call it "post-warranty service" ... One visit to the competition was enough and I already have the necessary parts and I was finally able to finish the work I started. So HECHT KYJOV NEVER AGAIN !!

A sensible purchase when looking for a price-performance ratio. I would look elsewhere for a professional. 😉

Great willingness and pleasant demeanor, I can recommend. Quiet shopping without a large number of people. I would add a callback system, because sometimes calling other stores is a problem.
