I arrived at 16:00 branch was opened that day until 18:00 I needed to arrange another account that I already have with ČSOB I was told that they do not do this bank Is it even possible? I didn't have time to argue I also went to the city where I had it without a problem because I needed it on the 2nd day .. when the management of this company reads the overall review Why doesn't he do anything about it? I never believed them before I ever visited the branch anymore, even thinking about transferring funds somewhere else

We waited for the disaster for about 1 hour and then the lady told us from the topic does not understand and did not know what to do so the branch manager ran out and we solved everything again no horror

The horror .. The two ladies who take turns behind the counter are reluctant, and one has the only feeling of being annoying them. They calmly roam away in front of the shop even when they see you go in. Willingness to exchange money, they are a small branch .. 100x100 CZK is a lot of bank ?? The most shocking bank branch I know ..
