From desserts, frozen products, of course also pastries, you can also buy various flours for gluten-free baking, as well as goodies, biscuits, etc. I recommend and at the same time thank you for such a shop. More like that. In many bakeries, you can't even get a gluten-free croissant, let alone desserts, for example. :-)
