So far I have always been extremely pleasantly surprised - minimal waiting (slot machine with numbers is more of a formality) - I have never waited more than 5 minutes, willingness, prompt processing of requests. It is a pity that part of the agenda is only in Brno (Opuštěná street, near Zvonařka) - there it is for a change of tragedy. Travel documents (ie passport) are of course made here (a colleague writes in the review that they do not) and you do not even have to be local.

I don't understand why it's written on the web that they do travel documents when they don't actually do them. In today's electronic time, I don't understand.
