I do not recommend much complaints

Extremely unprofessional negotiations - after they told us that we had to order the washbasin parts somewhere over the Internet ourselves, because unfortunately they couldn't do it (!!!) and after two weeks of negotiations, when they would have time for us, they agreed on the exact day and hour - we worked hard to get the parts ourselves. The company did not appear at all and did not even call. When we called them a few hours later, they told us without apology that they were simply not pursuing, so maybe they would come next time ... I think ANY Brno plumbing will offer better services ...
