We solved the acquisition of the first housing, apartment, and we came across an offer from ProBrno real s.r.o. through an ad for Sreality. From the beginning, we negotiated with Mr. Žižka, who was the first of the next 7 days to hear from 7 advertisements sent to us. The other realtors either gave up on it or after a long time let the property know that the property was gone or booked. I guess it shouldn't be done, but the first ad, the first tour, and we knew we couldn't get much better. The apartment was in the original condition, so a complete reconstruction was necessary, but a great location, and especially the possibility to modify it according to his own, so we went into it. The handling was quick by the realtor. Everything we wanted / needed Mr. Zizek arranged without a problem. Waiting for funding, etc. was also not a problem. At the end, Mr. Zizek took care of the transcription of energy and solving everything needed. Now we are dealing with reconstruction and everything in perfect order. We definitely recommend and thank you.
