Well nothing much I would never live there mold stink drink noise do and the owner can not say anything and watch out !!!! Rent is not 6300 but 10500 and many vichcane people here I do not recommend !!!!

Although there is sometimes noise but we have a nice apartment to live with us well

The house in very bad condition - new windows unfortunately will not save the appearance of the building as such - they are always wide open and the street is a hanging navel in a tank top (at best) of one of the inhabitants, or duvets, blankets, etc. a nearby busy road also plays, but it has strong competition in the inhabitants across the pavement) and passing them by (over the day) and neck (evening). Nice place for a park.
