The only way out according to the girl I was communicating with is that I have to wait until 8.4. when the situation develops - thank you very much! If all the companies were to work like this, we wouldn't be able to make it far. For the first and last time I used the services of this company ...

Attention! I bought a trip to Italy on 1.8.-8.8 .. in February (I wanted to cancel it about 180 days in advance) and I had to pay 10,000 CZK (20% of the trip + travel insurance, which failed and could not be canceled). Lessons for the next time .. Thanks.
