Hello, this travel agency is the worst I've ever traveled with, yes we paid 3000, - per week but we lived in a dirty tent, upon arrival we had dirty and greasy dishes, a sheet that does not wash all season (which we found out even from the delegate ck to the end of the stay) at the corona which is currently everywhere and is very dangerous is not adequate so that the tent is not disinfected and the bed washed. The fridge was dilapidated, and the largest peak was an insect resembling a bedbug, both in the tent and in the bed, all of them bitten / chipped. Despite the fact that we paid a taxi for cleaning and we had to dig the whole tent ourselves Huge dissatisfaction, I will never work with this ck again.

The trip to Italy for 5 days September 2020 was perfect, as well as the organization, drivers and hotel. There is nothing to complain about. I would like to offer such a guide and my guide service, I'm sure I would be in good hands as an employee. They have a great team. .

The dishes in the tents were dirty to moldy mold on arrival, and even so, the delegate warned us when handing over the tent that we should wash it again. We never intend to cooperate with this travel agency again.

Serious travel, oriented on the price / performance ratio. That's enough for me and I'm satisfied. I have been riding with them for over 20 years, but it is a typical low-cost trip. Delegates are pleasant and always try to help in case of problems and most importantly they can advise.
